For the month of April, there will be limited lap lanes available between 4:15 to 5 p.m. on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. Friday afternoon’s loonie, toonie swim is held from 4 to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday hours are from 1 to 6 p.m.

There are lots of opportunities to come in and have a soak in the hot tub, swim a few laps or workout in the fitness room.

Stretching for mobility is a great program to get you up and moving again. Gisela Ko takes you through one hour of exercises that help relieve arthritis, reduce aches and pain, making movement easier.

Stretches are gentle and have been adapted so participants can do them sitting or using a chair for support. Drop-in classes are held in the lower viewing room at the back of the arena on Tuesday afternoons from 1 to 2 p.m. and Friday mornings from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Classes are held at the Christina Lake Community Hall on Wednesday afternoons from 1 to 2 p.m. A minimum drop in fee applies to these programs.

Celebrate your child’s birthday at the pool. You can book a leader for one hour or just bring the gang in to do their own thing. Give us a call for more information and costs.
