The Boundary Horse Association hosted its first annual Youth Horsemanship Extravaganza with Training Thru Trust clinician Kaylee Mills on June 22 and 23.
Eighteen young riders and seven adults participated to make this event a huge success.
Many topics were covered from ground school on to riding patterns and games, jump course design, grooming and braiding, learning what it takes to train and condition an endurance horse to pony cart driving.
A great time was had at the pot luck social Saturday evening with cowboy poetry and country songs.
