There is still time to commit to a healthier you.

Spring Shape Up is a program geared to tone up your entire body. Circuit classes work on cardio/endurance and strength training in a timed format.

It is not about how much weight you can lift, it is about the duration of your workout.

Working on all muscle groups to tone and sustain versus building huge muscles.

The Spring Shape Up evening circuit program will start Tuesday, April 9, with classes held in the fitness room on Tuesday and Thursdays from 6 to 7 p.m. for eight weeks.

This is a registered program but we will also accept drop-ins if the program has met minimum registration.

The ninth annual Christina Lake Triathlon will be here before we know it and hopefully you have started your training routine.

When training for a triathlon, you must cover endurance, strength training and flexibility.

You can incorporate the circuit classes into your training routine or ask the staff at the aquatic centre to help you with a workout plan that would be specific to your needs.

Call the pool today to book an appointment.

Membership passes will be on sale until April 14; stock up for the summer and save – there are no expiry dates on the passes and they are valid for any drop-in fitness program or public swim sessions.
