Re: It’s time the Grand Forks and District Fall Fair had a permanent home. Online poll, week of Oct. 17.

It was great to read in last week’s Grand Forks Gazette the overwhelming response from the public in the weekly poll.

Seventy-nine per cent of you feel that the Grand Forks and District Fall Fair deserve to have a permanent home.

With this year’s fair being the best in years, the committee for the fall fair is moving into 2013 with great expectations and new ideas.

However, once again, we need you, the residents of this great community to come together and give some of your time to make this happen.

The annual general meeting of the Grand Forks and District Fall Fair will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 21 at 7 p.m. It will be upstairs of the Station Pub on Donaldson Drive.

We would love your input, ideas and your enthusiasm for a successful fair for all to enjoy.
