I am writing this letter in appreciation of the excellent health care that I receive in this community.
I am so sorry that another excellent doctor is leaving. It will be hard to replace or find another doctor that is as good as him.
I have been going to this doctor for three years and he has given me nothing but excellent care. He is a polite and caring doctor, he also helps me feel better when I leave the doctor’s clinic. He is my friend as well as a doctor.
He will be missed in our clinic and community—sorry to see him gone. I also hope that he will be replaced with another good doctor.
