Winie Vatkin, born September 17, 1928, passed away in Victoria BC, on October 8, 2019. She is survived by her two daughters, Darlene Pogany and Toni Jacob, 4 grand children and 8 great grandchildren, her brother Sam Popoff and sister Lenore Husereau. She was predeceased by her parents, Paul Vatkin and Dora Popoff, her brother Freddy Vatkin, and her sisters, Anne Jmaeff, Jean Malakoff and Dorothy Pereversoff. A private memorial will be held.
