In loving memory ~
PLOTNIKOFF, Wesley was born in 1931 and passed surrounded by his family on March 17, 2022 in the Boundary Hospital at the age of 91.
He was predeceased by his spouse Helen of 50 years. He is loving survived by daughter; Sharon Rei (Tony), grandson; Marc Rei, Son; Lanny Plotnikoff (Diane), granddaughter; Lana Guthrie, grandson; Greg Plotnikoff, and Joe Sippel and family.
He is also survived by his sister, Evelyn Kabatoff and family.
He was a long-time employee of the logging industry, mining (Phoenix Mine) and ESSO bulk fuel delivery. He loved to play recreational senior hockey and in later years, took to golf with vigor.
Enjoyed fishing, loved spending time with his grandchildren; teaching them patience, sense of humor and how to fish.
Thank you to all Home Care aides, for looking after Dad the last few years. We all appreciate the support.
To all at Boundary Hospital (to numerous to name), and all doctors who attended - for making his last short stay as comfortable as possible.
Special thanks you to his niece Kathy Tblus (Wayne) for all their continued support throughout his elderly years. Words cannot express our deep appreciation.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. If you wish you can make a donation to a charity of your choice in his name.
