It is with deep sorrow we announce the sudden passing of Wallace Dergousoff, Father to Anthony (Maureen) Dergousoff and Alanna (Rob) Ostoforoff.
Deda to Mitchell (Jenelle) Dergousoff, Bradley Dergousoff, and Colin Dergousoff; Clinton Ostoforoff, and Branden (KaSara) Ostoforoff. Great Deda to Jorden and his brother Oakland. Brother to Lenard (Gladys) Dergousoff, and brother-in-law to Dorothy Dergousoff, Step Brother to Kathy (Lawrence) Popoff and Bill Zarubin. Wallace was also blessed with many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Wallace was born in Grand Forks, B.C. where he received his education, many years of varied work experiences, and where he chose to make his home.
Wallace was predeceased by his mother, Vera Dergousoff (nee Mahonin), Father K. C. Dergousoff in 1997, Step Mother Mary Dergousoff in 2015, Brother Peter Dergousoff in 2015 and most recently, his wife of 56 years Mary Dergousoff in 2017.
Wallace was a loving friend to many, valued USCC member, and will always be remembered for his perseverance, dedication to family, friends and community.
A Visitation was held Friday March 9 at 6 PM at the USCC Community Centre with Funeral to follow on Saturday March 10 at 10 AM with burial in the Sion Cemetery.
