Shirley Bevan, a four-and-a-half-year resident of Grand Forks, BC, passed away peacefully in the Boundary Hospital on January 10, 2014, surrounded by her husband and 5 daughters. Shirley will be sadly missed by her husband of 60 years, Bill; her daughters, Barbra (Bill), Christine (George), Judy (Cliff), Pam (Fred), Yvonne (Shawn); her 13 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
The family would like to give special thanks to Bill’s brother David Bevan and his wife Sheila for their love and support during this difficult time. The family would also like to express their appreciation for the exceptional care Shirley received from doctors, EMS and the staff and volunteers of the Boundary Hospital.
