SHEILA ANNE HOLOBOFF (nee Cliffe)

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Sheila Holoboff. Sheila was born to Edith and Thornton Ciffe and grew up in New Westminster, B.C. After attending Normal School in Vancouver, Sheila moved to Grand Forks in 1946 to begin her teaching career. It was here that she met and married Peter Holoboff and raised their two daughters. They operated the business until their retirement, employing three generations of family and many youth in Grand Forks. Sheila enjoyed sharing memories of their many loyal customers, staff and those that she had taught throughout her teaching career.
