Roy Clarence Barrett, 80 of Grand Forks, BC passed away Friday, December 13th, 2013 at home with his family by his side.
Roy was born in Beaverbank, NS and was the son of the late Richard and Elsie (Thompson) Barrett.
He is survived by his wife of 56 years; Elaine (Appleby) Barrett, son Dan (Joanne) Barrett of Grand Forks, BC.
His grandchildren Joe Barrett of Grand Forks, BC, Shannon (Jonah) Schmunk of Nelson, BC and Tanya (Greg) King of Grand Forks, BC
And his great-grandchildren; Akadia Schmunk and Ethan King. He is also survived by one brother Paul (Louise) Barrett of Beaverbank, NS. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 21 p.m. at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses in Grand Forks, BC.
