August 28, 1940 - February 25, 2020
Gobeil, Rose Mary (nee Daem) was born on August 28, 1940 in Revelstoke, B.C. and passed away in the Kootenay Boundary Regional Hospital in Trail on February 25, 2020 at the age of 79.
She was predeceased by her dear husband John and her son Jacques and is lovingly survived by Simone (daughter) and grandsons Tylar and Bryce of Ottawa; Breck (son) of Edmonton, brothers Alan (Val) of Prince George and Donald of Beaton; and sister-in-law Jackie Howard of Calgary.
Rose had a special place in her heart for the boundary country and greatly enjoyed her time there since moving to Grand Forks in 1973. In lieu of flowers, she requested that donations be made to the Boundary Historical Society.
Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to the Grand Forks Funeral Home.
