Ronald Clayton Earl Mellett passed away October 13, 2016 at the age of 82.
Ron was born on June 14, 1934 in St. John, New Brunswick and was raised in Rossland, B.C.
He is survived by his wife, Karen, his sister Bonnie Parsons (David), children Ryan (Lori), Randy (Tracy), Gina (Gerry), step-children Mike (Lori) and Mimi (Dean), 9 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
Ron was a retired lawyer and a member of Rotary.
There will be no service but a family gathering will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Phoenix Manor Society of Grand Forks, or a charity of your choice. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to the Baker Family of Grand Forks Funeral Home, gffh@shaw.ca.
