Rodney William Mix passed away March 23rd at the Boundary Hospital in Grand Forks, BC at the age of 73. Rod was born April 19, 1940 in Steller, Alberta; the son of Alex and Jean Mix.
He is predeceased by his wife Carole (2007), father (1991), mother (2006) and 3 of his siblings (1954).
He is survived by his daughter Dolores (Perry),
son Albert (Debbie), grandsons Cody, Travis (Christina) and Zackary and his great granddaughter Adelyn. He is also survived by his siblings, Ron (Olga), Ralph (Robin), Louise (Don), Rick (Cindy), Grace (Dave), brother-in-law Roy (Julie) and lots of nieces and nephews along with his good friend Lorrie Pavan.
A funeral service was hold at Grand Forks Funeral Home on Saturday, March 29th with a burial at Evergreen Cemetery.
