It is with the heaviest of hearts that we announce that Robert Daniel Wishlow (Wish) passed away unexpectedly at the age of 55 in Penticton Regional Hospital. He was surrounded by those who loved him as we said our final good-bye's.
Rob was born and grew up in the beautiful community of Grand Forks and this is where he learned to love sports. He played baseball from a young age and later played hockey with the border bruins. His passion was body building. He later moved to Penticton where he met his wife Grace.
He will be greatly missed by his parents, Harold and Nancy, his wife Grace and her daughters Jenny (Jorden) and Brandy, his daughters Shelby (Charlie), Courtney (Freddy) and Jasmyne (Danny), his sisters Teri (Richard) and Stacey (Ric) and the rest of his family . Rob was predeceased by his son Trenton.
The family would like to thank the entire staff at Penticton Regional Hospital for their loving and caring attention that they provided.
He will be greatly missed by all. May you rest in peace Rob.
A service in memory of Rob will be held on January 26th, at Everden Rust Funeral Home, 1130 Carmi Avenue, Penticton from 1 - 3 pm.
