Ralph Tedesco

August 5,1924 – October 23, 2014

It is with profound sadness that the family of Ralph Tedesco announces his passing, at the age of 90. Ralph was born in Fife, B.C. on Aug. 5, 1924 and left this earth on Oct. 23, 2014 to reunite with his parents, Eugene and Helen and brother and sisters. Ralph will be forever remembered by his wife of 66 years, Paulette (Peggy). Ralph’s passing has left an immeasurable hole in the hearts of the family and friends he left behind. He will be forever missed by his daughter Sharon, granddaughter Michelle (Dustin), grandson Michael and adoring great grandchildren, London and Cruz. Ralph and Peggy’s work ethic made it possible for them to have many successful ventures in the hotel business. They started with the Leland Hotel in Nakusp, followed by the Skeena in Terrace before finally settling in Langley with the ownership of the Langley hotel. Ralph was a consummate professional whose passion for business and gentle nature made him a likeable and very well respected employer. Ralph was a car enthusiast and aviation buff. He owned many impeccably kept Cadillacs over the years and logged many miles in his Cessna from the Langley airport. Above all else, Ralph loved his family. To honor his life and in lieu of flowers, please donate to the Salvation Army in Grand Forks… without them Ralph and his brother and sisters would not have survived.

“They that love beyond the world cannot be separated by it. Death cannot kill what never dies.”
