Polly (Paula) Pereverzoff nee: Soobotin, lost her battle with cancer on August 14, 2017. Polly was born September 2, 1944 in Grand Forks and lived and worked in the community all her life. From Anne’s Grill to Clarks Clothing; the doctor’s clinic to owning and operating the Green Place Florists, Polly always served the public with a smile and made friends easily. From a young age Polly was always the centre of attention. She loved to sing and play guitar and make everyone around her laugh. She lit up every room she walked in to. She also had a love for fishing and gardening and loved spending time with her grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her parents Harry and Annie Soobotin, brothers George (Vera), Charlie (Shirley), Walter (Marry) Soobotin, sister Zena (George Anderson), John] Nevokshonoff, niece Connie Gretchin, Nephews Rick Anderson, Rob Subotin, Cody Subotin, her in-laws Pete and Mable Pereverzoff, and brother in-law Pete (Perry) Pereverzoff.

She will be lovingly missed by her husband of 51 years Paul Pereverzoff. Her daughters Corinna (Darrell) Chard, Lorri Pereverzoff and grandchildren Daniel and Kimberly Chard, and Rebecca Carlson. Her sister’s in-law Nora (Alec) Makortoff, Joyce Subotin, and numerous nieces and nephews.

There will be no services at Polly’s request.
