With a lot of sadness we announce the passing of our mother, grandmother and great grandmother, Polly Negreiff.
Born in 1932 to William and Polly Makortoff in Kylemore Sask, Polly is survived by her sons Andy and Michael (Liz), her daughter-in-law Winnie, her grandchildren Jason and Jennifer, her great grandchildren Hanna, Mason, Rylee and Jordan and her brother Nick Strukoff as well as several nieces and nephews.
Polly was predeceased by her husband Pete, her son George, and her siblings Bill, Edna and Paul.
Polly lived in Grand Forks for most of her life and enjoyed her many years of volunteer service to the Grand Forks Hospital Women's Auxiliary. Her excellent cooking skills were an asset for jobs at Ann's Grill and Boundary Lodge.
A celebration of life will be held when its safe to do so. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to the Grand Forks Hospital Women's Auxiliary.
She was loved and will be missed.
