Pete Semenoff passed away November 5, 2013 at 85

years of age. Pete had limited formal school training (as was common in the day) but through a natural aptitude for repairing and operating machinery and sheer diligence, he became a sought after heavy duty equipment operator. He had a vast work history throughout his life from logging adventures in the Queen Charlotte, to operating cranes for various construction projects. Pete settled into retirement always busy, often creating innovative inventions in his beloved shop. He always found time though to assist neighbours with stubborn lawn mowers or other baffling home maintenance problems and was very humbled when they would acknowledge him with a tiny gift of food or a card. Pete seldom complained, even when faced with challenging health issues, he trudged forward with a silent strength. His work ethic, even to his last days, was something that we all admired and strive to meet. Pete has left behind son Larry, daughter Joan, two grandchildren. Predeceased by his parents and his beloved wife Ann. We remember you at your finest Dad, honor you, and will always love you.
