In Loving Memory ~ It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Paul Novokshonoff at the age of 71.
Paul was born to Mike and Helen Novokshonoff on January 23, 1950 in Grand Forks, BC. He was the younger brother to Vera. The family resided in a big two story home on the bank of the Kettle River. Paul moved to North Vancouver in 1979.
He loved music, playing his guitar, the creative arts and the majority of his career involved sound, music and inventory management. Later he was retrained as a boom operator in the film industry, working along side of many famous movie stars. His technical ability and attention to detail led him to volunteer and rebuild computers.
Paul is survived by Elaine Baker, his loving girlfriend/partner, his sister Vera Kanigan (Walter), nephews, Jack, Robert (Barbara) and Maya (Dave), great nephews and niece, as well as many friends and relatives.
The family would like to express their sincere appreciation to the wonderful staff of North Shore Hospice and Lions Gate Hospital for their excellent care of Paul during his stay. Cremation will take place in Vancouver, and a celebration of his life will be determined later. May he rest in peace.
