Beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother. Passed away peacefully with family by her side on May 31, 2018 at 79 years old.
Long term resident of Grand Forks, Opal was born May 5, 1939 in Elk Point Alberta to Harry and Selena Phillips.
Opal is survived by husband Michael, 2 daughters Christine and Shannon and son Michael Jr (Paige), brothers Ted and Russell, sisters Cora, Marg, Eunice and Myrtle. Opal has 3 grand-daughters Kimberly, Ashley and Lisa, 2 grandsons Wesley and Tyler. 7 great- grandsons and 4 great-granddaughters.
Celebration of life to follow on July 18, 2018 at 1:00, ceremony to start at 2:00 pm at Granby Rd.
