NELL GREIG (Obetkoff)
On March 17, 2011, Nellie peacefully went home to our Lord surrounded by her loving family. She was born at Ootischenia, B.C., in 1927.
She is survived by her daughter Joy Davies, granddaughters Nicole Davies and Michelle DiTomaso, grandson-in-law Danny DiTomaso, great-grandson Dominic DiTomaso, great-granddaughter Isabella DiTomaso, sister Betty Long, brother-in-Law Roly Long and many nieces and nephews. Nellie was well known in Grand Forks and will be dearly missed by many but not forgotten. Her celebration of life will take place on Thursday, April 21, 2011, at 1 p.m., at the First Baptist Church, 2496 76th Ave, Grand Forks, B.C., followed by a reception at Studio “B” - 7330 2nd Street. All who would like to celebrate Nellie's life are welcome. Grand Forks Funeral Home had care of arrangements.
