Mary Ellen Thom passed away peacefully on Friday, January 4, 2013 at Boundary Hospital, Grand Forks at the age of 83 years. Lovingly remembered by husband, Junior Thom; children Andy (Sherry) Thom, Sharon (Mike Barisenkoff), Vicky Thom, Carol Thom (Bill Bosovich) and Michael (Karen) Thom. Dear grandmother to 8 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her mother and father and brother, Edward Prest. Mary enjoyed knitting and spent many hours at her craft.
