At 24 years old, in 1950, Maria came with her husband Tony and baby boy to Cawston, B.C., finally settling in Greenwood, B.C. She had six children: Tony, Anna Maria, Rick, Larry, Francis and Therese. Service to be announced.
We sat beside your bedside; Our Hearts were crushed and sore
We did our best to the end; Till we could do no more.
In tears we watched you sinking; We watched you fade away
And though our hearts were bleeding; We knew you could not stay.
You left behind our aching hearts; That loved you most sincere
We never shall and never will forget you; Be at peace and rest easy; We will love you always!
