Margery Rose (Stone) Shields was born on May 14, 1928 in Grand Forks where she spent most of her life.
During her lifetime she did cleaning and babysitting jobs and in her spare time she loved to crochet. She also enjoyed going for drives, garage sakes, dancing and music in the park.
Margery passed away peacefully on Jan. 4, 2018 at Hardy View Lodge with her daughter by her side.
Margery is survived by her daughter Kathy Lennea, her 2 brothers Bert (Audrey) Stone and Carl (Lona) Stone and several cousins.
Margery's funeral service will be held at Grand Forks Funeral Home at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 10 with a burial at Evergreen €Cemetery to follow.
