It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our mother, wife, sister, and grandmother Linda Maxine Hamilton (nee Adam). A resident of Grand Forks, formally from the Okanagan has passed away peacefully, on Sunday, October 9, 2016 with family by her side.

She was predeceased by her father Wallace Adam (1982) and her mother, Elsie Adam (2015).

She was born February 11, 1955, in Lethbridge, Alberta, where she was educated, married and had her two children. There she worked as a printer for the University of Lethbridge. In 1977, she moved with her family to the Okanagan where she continued to work in the printing and photography industry for a number of years.

After upgrading her education, she branched into the field of Human Services, specifically working with children. She loved children, animals, and all living creatures. Had a great sense of humor. Her unique free spirit endeared her to all who knew her.
