In loving memory ~
With profound sadness, we announce the sudden passing of Letty Kohn, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, who tragically died on December 27th, 2024, at the age of 64. Letty's life was cut short in a car accident outside of Cranbrook, as she was en route to a family ski holiday she had eagerly anticipated.
Letty is survived by her devoted husband, Randall, who is recovering in Calgary; her children, Aaron, Maya, and Blake; and her cherished granddaughter, Harper. Letty's love for her family was immeasurable, she was their constant source of strength and the one they could always turn to, no matter the circumstances.
A dedicated dental hygienist for over 20 years, Letty touched the lives of many with her kindness and professionalism, always striving to make a positive impact in her community.
A gifted artist, Letty found beauty all around, expressing it through her cards, drawings, paintings and creative spirit. Her love for travel and adventure took her to places both near and far, where she embraced new experiences with open arms and a joyful heart.
Letty's passing leaves a void that cannot be filled, but her legacy of love, kindness, and passion for learning will continue to inspire all who knew her. A celebration of Letty's life will be held at a later date. An account has been set up at the CIBC Grand Forks where those wishing can donate towards a GFSS scholarship in Letty's memory.
Letty, you will be missed and remembered with love.
