Ken Monford born October 9, 1931 in Kelowna, B.C. passed away peacefully on November 14, 2015 in Grand Forks, B.C. at the age of 84 years.
Predeceased by his grandson Christopher Braam and son Rod. Survived by his loving wife of 58 years Meryle Monford; his Daughters Maureen Braam (Mark); Mary Monford (Ron). Granddaughters Jen Monford (Sean); Nicole Daniels (Tyson); Grandson Mike Braam (Jordan) and sister Louise Seaton.
He enjoyed fishing, gardening, bird – watching and loved his trips to the casino. A private family gathering to be held at a later date. “He’s back to his happy place- riding the range and herding cattle”. Arrangements entrusted to Aaron Baker of Grand Forks Funeral Home, gffh@shaw.ca
