With great sadness we announce the passing of Kenneth Jacob Schmunk, age 63, on April 26, 2021.
Ken is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Dale, stepson's Jim and David, brother Greg, sisters Karen and Debbie, nephew, nieces and numerous cousins throughout British Columbia. He was predeceased by his father Tom, mother Fran, and brother Ricky.
Ken was a red seal pipefitter who worked from Texas to remote areas of Northern BC, and throughout Alberta and Manitoba. He also worked as an electrician, bartender and logger.
Ken lived life freely in his own way. He loved riding his Harley, taking his boat out on Christina Lake, quading, camping, and spending time with friends and family.
Throughout his life he had a well known reputation for his arm wrestling talents. There are many that can attest to that.
A celebration of Ken's life is planned for Saturday Sept. 11/ 2021 at our Christina Lake home from 1 pm till "closing".
