JULIA THORNEJulia Thorne, born on January 26, 1926, in Sturgis, Saskatchewan, passed away on December 30, 2009, at Andy Moog Hospice in Penticton, B.C., after a short illness. Julia will be dearly missed by her sister, Nettie (Jim) Goodlad of Vancouver, B.C.; sister-in-law, Bonnie Bennett of Penticton; and several nieces and nephews.
