Judy had a great love and talent for painting and arts in general. Judy’s artwork can be seen at Fine Art America under Judy M. Watts-Rohanna.
Please join us in a celebration of life for Judy on September 19th at 1:30 p.m. at 5730 Edwards Road, Grand Forks. In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to a charity of your choice.
