Born in the Grand Forks Hospital. Raised in Greenwood and Grand Forks, BC.
He meet Audrey and they were married in April 1958.
They raised four children in Kelowna, BC: Dianne, Leanne, Bob and Doug. Dad also had a brother Carl and sister in law Lona in Grand Forks, BC. Dad was a plumber by trade for many years in Kelowna.
Dad loved the outdoors. He and mom spent many years camping, fishing and hunting. He had a son in law Mark Laurie and a daughter in law Clarissa Stone.
Grandchildren: David Pion, Bryan & Lynnel Duke, Greg & Ashley Stone and Andrea Stone. Great grandchildren: Layla & Cohyen Duke, Oliver, Ellie, Leo and Max Stone.
