Gary passed away in St. Paul’s Hospital at Vancouver on April 27, 2012. He is survived by his mother, Jean; sister, Averil (Bob) Kelm; grandniece, Jazzmyn; and two grandnephews, Jayden and Jaxson. Gary was predeceased by his father, Albert and his niece, Jessica.
Gary was born at Nottingham, England, on February 22, 1955. He moved to Canada in 1960 with his parents and sister. He did his schooling at Grand Forks. Gary worked in mining as a millwright.
