It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Elizabeth Hampf at Boundary Hospital on January 12, 2019. She was born in Yugoslavia in 1931, there in later years she met her husband. She came to Grand Forks in 1953 along with her husband Waldemar, and young daughter Elfriede.
She was predeceased by her husband Waldemar in 2005, her sister Katharina in 2002, and her son-in-law Guy in 2016.
She is survived by her daughter Elfriede, her son Walter (Brenda), daughter Ingrid (Dan), 5 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
Sincere appreciation to the staff and physicians at Boundary Hospital for their compassion and their gentle care.
Cremation has taken place. At Elizabeth's request, there will be no formal service.
