In loving memory of Elaine Campbell (Schulli) ~ 1940 - 2021
It is with profound sadness that the family of Elaine Campbell announce her peaceful passing on September 4th, 2021 at the age of 81 years.
She will be lovingly remembered by her children: Lanny (Jeff), Christina and Neil (Fran); her cherished grandchildren, Ade and Kemi; her brother Gerald (Virginia); her special family member Kathy; as well as relatives, countless friends and her summer family at Schulli Resort.
Born in Trail, her family moved to Christina Lake in 1947. Growing up there, she honed the grit and determination she carried proudly the rest of her life.
The family would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the staff at the Kootenay Boundary Regional Hospital (Trail); the Boundary District Hospital (Grand Forks); and Dr. Ian Cameron for their care and support.
In lieu of flowers the family would request that donations be made in her name to the B.C. Cancer Foundation, Parent Support Services Society of B.C., or an agency of your choice.
A viewing will be held on Friday September 10th at the Sacred Heart Parish, Grand Forks with a private mass on Saturday September 11th.
A celebration of life will be held at 2 pm on Saturday September 25th at Schulli Resort. Current regulations will require proof of vaccination.
