June 17, 1943 - March 19, 2021
Elaine was born on June 17th, 1943 in Killam, Alberta and passed away peacefully on March 19th, 2021 with her family at her side. Elaine grew up in Grand Forks, marrying Larry on Friday, July 13th, 1962.
Shortly after Glenn was born, they moved to Pendleton, Oregon, making some life long friendships. They moved back to Grand Forks in 1976 to be closer to family.
Elaine was an amazing cook and baker, decorating countless wedding and birthday cakes. She worked at Rocco's Clothing, Florences Jewelry, Sew n' Serge, Welcome Wagon and Home Center. She loved to play Bridge, and won several tournaments.
She is predeceased by her parents Leonard and Dorothy, and her brothers Doug and Rod. Left to miss her are her husband of 58 years Larry, son Glenn (Roslyn), daughter Cinda (Mark), five grandchildren, four step grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and many more friends and extended family.
Burial to be at Evergreen Cemetery, March 26th at 1 pm. The family would like to thank the staff and management at Silver Kettle Village especially the "Ice Cream Man".
