In Loving Memory ~
Delbert William Bolduc "Buddy " 88 of Christina Lake BC passed away on March 9, 2022.
Buddy was his nickname to long time residents of Christina Lake. He was a certified mechanic starting in the Air Force from 1954 to 59. Del went on to be a fully certified mechanic in all areas of the industry heavy duty auto outboard marine and propane conversion.
His last post was for the school district in Grand Forks where he did the propane conversions on the buses and was a school bus driver.
He is survived by his wife Beverly Bolduc (Nichol), and his three children Christina Abbott (John) Cindy Major (Mike) and Son Tyler Bolduc (Erikka), 8 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. His sister Lorraine Bradley of Trail, BC.
His deceased brother Ramon Bolduc and deceased sister Bonnie McGinnis.
Del loved Christina Lake. Being outdoors and hunting were a big part of his life. He served the community as a search and rescue leader, Conservation Officer and was a lieutenant with the air cadet program back in the 70s. Residents in the Kootenays knew him from the DELS Marina at Alpine Inn.
He will be missed by all.
Family will hold a private memorial with the spreading of his ashes per his wishes!
