Chris Anschetz (known to his family and friends as “Skippy”) was born in Oliver, July 13, 1955 and passed away in Grand Forks on November 14, 2016.
Chris was predeceased by his parents - Christian and Gertrude Anschetz and by his sister Beverly.
Chris is survived by his sisters: Karen (Ed) of Rock Creek, Maureen (Stan) of Chase, brothers: George (Donna) of Rock Creek, Kim of Oliver and Deicie (Don) of Scotch Creek, B.C. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Throughout Chris’s life he had various businesses and worked for School District 51 for a number of years in various capacities. Family was a large part of his life.
A small family ceremony is to follow at a later date. If they wish, people may make a donation to the Diabetes Foundation in his name.
