Betty Lois Schmidt passed away peacefully at the age of 92, with her husband Joe at her side. She was predeceased by her son Ric, her stepson Craig and her seven brothers and sisters. She is survived by her husband Joe and her children Ray, Lyn and Randy, and her stepsons Royce and Brent, along with her eight grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
The family would like to thank her many friends for the support they provided during her illness, as well as the staff at Hardy View Lodge. She will be sadly missed by all. A Celebration of Life will be held in Grand Forks at a later date. In lieu of flowers, please donate to a charity of your choice.
