Bernard was born on April 11, 1938 at Ethelbert, Manitoba, and passed away on March 24, 2011. He has left behind his wife, Irene; his son, Stephen; his stepsons, Kelly and Pete wife Peri and their two children, Peter and Lacey; his brother Larry; and cousins.
Grand Forks Funeral Home was in care of arrangements.
