Arnold Jeffrey Ulmer was born in Vancouver, B.C. and passed away unexpectedly on March 16, 2013 in Grand Forks at the age of 47. He is lovingly survived by his father and sister.
He was a self-employed graphic artist and a part-time employee of both the Grand Forks Irrigation and Sion Improvement Districts. He was an avid photographer, musician, and animal lover. He will remain forever in our hearts. Acknowledgements go out to the Grand Forks Community and neighbours for your friendship. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of choice.
