Anna was born on May 18, 1945, at Grand Forks, B.C., at her grandmother’s house on North Fork Road, to parents William W. Rezansoff and Annie N (Kazakoff) Rezansoff. At age two months, the family moved to Burnaby, B.C., where she resided for the next 18 years. After graduation Anna moved to San Francisco, California. She worked as a medical assistant and secretary for many years. She then returned to Vancouver, B.C. She loved to sing. She performed with various groups and wrote many of her own songs. Anna enjoyed writing poetry. After her retirement, she moved to Grand Forks to be with her father.

Anna passed away suddenly on October 10, 2011, at Boundary Hospital. She was predeceased by her mother Annie on November 9, 1989 and by her father, Bill on June 25, 1999. She leaves behind a sister, Luby Rezansoff of Nelson, B.C., and her long time friend, Herb Kohler. No service by request. Grand Forks Funeral Home was entrusted with cremation.
