DEMOSKY, Allan Albert was born in Pelly, Sask. on Oct. 24th, 1933 and passed away in Grand Forks, BC on Aug. 31, 2014. Allan was a millwright at the Phoenix Mine and also owned a music store; ‘Demosky’s Music and Jewelry’. Allan was predeceased by his parents, Pete and Annie Demosky. He is survived by his 3 sons; Ron and Wayne from Grand Forks, Leon (Lisa) from Grande Prairie, his two grandsons; Justin and Travis, his separated wife; Lucy and his brother Lawrence from Merritt; and numerous aunts and cousins. Allan belonged to the Elks and Rotary Clubs, and was very active with the March of Dimes. He enjoyed playing guitar, singing, fishing and water skiing. Cremation by request has taken place by Grand Forks Funeral Home, Grand Forks, BC. A family service will take place at a later date. “May God except him into his heavenly kingdom and may he rest in peace.”
