TAKE NOTICE THAT Council for the City of Grand Forks will consider an application from BC Housing for a 2-year Temporary Use Permit (TUP) at the Council Regular Meeting following the Committee of the Whole meeting at 10:00AM, on March 3, 2025, in the Council Chambers at City Hall. The proposed TUP is intended to allow the operation of a shelter to be used for immediate, short-stay accommodation for people who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of experiencing homelessness in the Northeast portion of the building at 2320 78th Avenue. The shelter will provide 15 beds.

A copy of the proposed permit may be inspected between the hours of 9:00am and 3:00pm, at City Hall, until March 3, 2025. You may request a digital information package to be sent to you by email by sending your request to info@grandforks.ca.
