TAKE NOTICE THAT The City of Grand Forks has received an application for a 3-year Temporary Use Permit (TUP) to allow resident housing (Apartments) on an I-2 (General Industrial) Zone at 6641 Industrial Park Way. The proposed TUP is intended to allow workforce/resident housing. Once the TUP is issued, the applicant intends to convert the offices to resident dwellings: 4 rooms total upstairs and downstairs. Council will be considering the permit at a regular meeting at 10:00AM on October 23, 2023, in the Council Chambers at City Hall.

A copy of the proposed permit may be inspected between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) at City Hall, from October 4, 2023, to October 23, 2023.
