The property owner is proposing to use an existing dwelling and surrounding fenced areas for the operation of a kennel. Kennel use includes dog training and dog boarding.

A copy of the proposed permit may be inspected at the RDKB Trail office (843 Rossland Avenue) from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m, and the RDKB Grand Forks office (2104 Central Avenue) from 8:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m, Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays, or you can request a copy be sent to you.
Opportunities to be heard: All persons affected by the application will be given an opportunity to be heard at the Board meeting. Written submissions will also be accepted until 9:00 a.m. on April 26, 2023. All verbal and written submissions become part of the public record.
