Public Feedback Session

TAKE NOTICE THAT Council for the City of Grand Forks will hear any public input with respect to an application requesting an increase in person capacity for The Bar + Kitchen, located at 7319 2nd Street, Grand Forks, B.C. at a Public Feedback Session scheduled for May 8th, 2023, @ 10:00AM in the Council Chambers of City Hall located at 7217 4th Street, Grand Forks, BC.

The proposal is for an increase in person capacity for The Bar + Kitchen. The current approved person capacity for inside of the building is 30 and for the seasonal patio is 15. The applicant has applied to the Liquor and Cannabis Regulation Branch for a person capacity of 50 for inside the building and 20 for the seasonal patio, resulting in an overall capacity of 70 persons for the establishment.
