TAKE NOTICE THAT Council for the City of Grand Forks will hear any public input with respect to Zoning Bylaw No.2039 to rezone the subject parcel at the Regular Meeting of Council May 8, 2023, at 10:00AM in the Council Chambers at City Hall. If approved, this amendment would allow two (2) single-family dwellings and the total of all the accessory buildings associated with each single-family dwelling to have a floor area not greater than 50% for that respective principal structure, with exception to farm buildings or structures in a parcel zoned as R-4 (Rural Residential). The parcel under consideration is LOT 5 DISTRICT LOT 653 SIMILKAMEEN DIVISION YALE DISTRICT PLAN 3072, as shown on the map below.

A copy of the amending bylaw may be inspected at City Hall between the hours of 9:00am and 3:30pm, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) until May 8, 2023. April 17, 2023. You may request a digital information package to be sent to you by email by sending your request to info@grandforks.ca
