TAKE NOTICE THAT Council for the City of Grand Forks will hear any public input with respect to Zoning Bylaw No.2039 to rezone the subject parcel at the Regular Meeting of Council May 29, at 10:00AM in the Council Chambers at City Hall. If approved, this amendment would change the zoning of this parcel from R-1 (Single and Two Family Residential) to R-2 (Residential – Small Lot). The parcel under consideration is LOT 16 DISTRICT LOT 380 SIMILKAMEEN DIVISION YALE DISTRICT PLAN 9883, PID 009-636-099, located at 1730 68th Avenue, as shown on the map below.
A copy of the amending bylaw may be inspected at City Hall between the hours of 9:00am and 3:30pm, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) until May 29, 2023. You may request a digital information package to be sent to you by email by sending your request to info@grandforks.ca
