1. We were appointed Receiver of all of the assets, undertakings and property of 1086359 B.C Ltd. on the 20th day of November 2023.
2. We were appointed pursuant to a Court Order of the Supreme Court of British Columbia dated the 20th day of November 2023.
3. We were appointed receiver nunc pro tunc pursuant to a Court Order of the Supreme Court of British Columbia dated the 16th day of September 2024.
